6 If anything sums up the freedom of your voyage it’s the array of places to eat. From healthy to hearty, from light bites to haute cuisine, often what’s on offer reflects where you are in the world, as our chefs make use of fresh local ingredients. You’ll also find many delicious vegetarian dishes and we’ll happily cater for most special dietary requirements too. On board all three ships, buffet-style dining is available throughout the day and until late evening. For those more informal lunches, the ever-popular Golden Lion Pub welcomes you with traditional gastro-pub fare. ‘Dining out’ is always an option. For a modest supplement, you can enjoy a change from your main restaurant anytime, and ‘dine out’. Each evening, our ships offer alternative dining options. These include Italian, Indian, Pan Asian, Mexican, and American Smokehouse menus, served in the Kings Court or Lido restaurants. Steakhouse at The Verandah takes influence from both sides of the Atlantic. Our chefs have curated a menu showcasing prime USDA grain finished New York strip steak, Maine lobster, and Alaskan king crab, alongside dishes celebrating British provenance such as Scotch grass-fed dry-aged beef and Salt Marsh lamb rack. Offerings from further afield such as renowned Wagyu beef from Australia also feature. Find the perfect restaurant in the middle of nowhere.
